Frequently Asked Questions
Where do sessions take place?

Training sessions will take place at PacBay School unless stated otherwise. We are also flexible and can travel to a player's home if they have a large backyard or prefer to train in their own space.

What should players bring?

Players should wear cleats and bring plenty of water. Shin guards are optional, and soccer balls will be provided by the RSA coach.

What do the sessions look like?

Our training sessions are tailored to each player's needs and skill level. The first session typically focuses on assessing their current abilities—ball control, passing, shooting, agility, and overall game awareness. If a player has specific areas they’d like to improve, they can let us know beforehand, and we’ll customize the session accordingly.
